We’re proud to be a pet-responsible community and want to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all residents—both human and furry. Please review the following pet policy carefully:

General Policy
No animals of any kind are permitted in your apartment or anywhere on the property without prior written approval from management.

Pet Allowance
If pets are permitted at the community, the following rules apply:

• Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment

• Dogs must be at least one year old

• Cats must be spayed or neutered

Required Pet Screening
All applicants and residents must complete a pet profile through our third-party pet screening service:

• Pet owners: $25 profile fee per pet

• Assistance/support animals: Profile required, no fee

• Households without pets: Profile required, no fee

A Pet Addendum must be signed before a pet can reside on the property.

Breed Restrictions
For the safety of our community, the following dog breeds (and any mixes/hybrids of these breeds) are not permitted:
Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog.

Prohibited Animals
Exotic or non-traditional pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: rabbits, ferrets, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, rats, mice, chinchillas, and birds.

Documentation Requirements
Before move-in, pet owners must provide:

• Current veterinarian records

• Valid city pet license

• Proof of immunizations

Outdoor Conduct & Restrictions

• Animals may not be tied to any fixed object outdoors—including patios, balconies, or common areas

• Pets may not be left unattended on patios, balconies, or in private yards

• Animals, except approved assistance animals, are not allowed in the pool, pool area, or community amenities (business center, fitness center, etc.)

• No pets are allowed in the pool at any time

Fees & Charges

• Non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent will be charged per pet

• Violations of the pet policy may result in:

  • $100 initial charge per unauthorized animal

  • $10 daily charge per animal until the violation is resolved

Assistance Animals
We welcome assistance animals required due to a disability-related need. These must be disclosed, screened through the third-party pet screening platform, and approved through our reasonable accommodation process.
